1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using iTechnism's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

iTechnism provides the following services:

  • Software Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Data Extraction and Web Scraping
  • Software Development (Web, Mobile, Desktop)
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Workflow Automation Solutions
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Technology Consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
  • Supply necessary access, credentials, and resources
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • Work may be suspended for overdue payments
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Intellectual Property

  • Client retains ownership of their original content and data
  • iTechnism retains rights to methodologies and general knowledge
  • Custom code and deliverables belong to the client upon full payment
  • Third-party tools and licenses remain with their respective owners
  • iTechnism may use project experience for case studies (with permission)

6. Confidentiality

iTechnism agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, data, and business processes. We implement appropriate security measures and require all team members to sign confidentiality agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • iTechnism's liability is limited to the project value
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Client is responsible for data backups and security
  • Force majeure events excuse performance delays

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • Immediate termination for material breach or non-payment
  • Client pays for work completed up to termination date
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination
  • Return of materials and data as specified in agreements

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
